What Else To Know

Tell Us More:
  1. What is wrong with allowing guns but restricting them such as the city fathers of New York city have done?

Answer: Rights are rights. Either we have the right to bear arms or we don’t. As our founding fathers so aptly wrote, “The right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.”

  1. How strong do you feel this case is?

Answer: “This is a great gun rights case. The fact that the Supreme Court decided to hear it is really good news for Second Amendment supporters.”

  1. The Supreme Court has not ruled on a Second Amendment case since 2010. Does this case pave the way for the high court to hear new 2nd Amendment cases:

Answer: “I think it now shows that the high court will now start to hear many challenges to anti-gun rights laws.”

  1. Were you one of the parties who sued the city of New York?

Answer: No. The New York State Rifle & Pistol Association initiated the suit but we might file an amicus brief in support of 2nd Amendment rights.

  1. Where may we get more information on this case or about your organization?

Answer: www.SAF.org
