What do you love most about Your City?
I love every single thing about NYC. I was born and raised here and this city has made me who I am. I love the energy you feel from the moment you wake up to the moment you go to bed. Everyone is hustling for what they want and I love that.
Favorite breakfast meal & restaurant?
I love a simple scrambled eggs with avocado, smoked salmon & sauteed kale. My current favorite spot for this is Lafayette Restaurant.
What are you doing at:
6:00 AM – Sleeping!!
10:00 AM – working out
12:00 PM – Favorite Lunch spot/meal?
Chopt or Sweet green
7:00 PM – Cooking dinner
11:00 PM – Sleeping
What drink do you need to get through the day and at the end (and how many)?
I drink tea all day long!! I love fresh mint tea its so soothing and refreshing to me. Tea really helps me with digestion and relaxation. It also makes me more productive.

I have so many favorites! I love the MindBody app for booking fitness classes and wellness appointments.
What should everyone try at least once?
Doing something outside of their comfort zone. I once climbed a the Syney Harbor bridge in Australia and was terrified but afterwards was so happy I pushed myself to do it!
Where do you enjoy getting lost?
At the gym 100%! I also love an evening bath with a good book or netflix show.
