What do you love most about Your City?

That it is accessible to everyones interests!  Whether your idea of the best day ever is exploring different types of fitness, art exhibits, any array of restaurants, or if you are up all night seeking live music- any day of the week you have infinite options

Favorite breakfast meal & restaurant?

I live in Soho, so my absolute favorite breakie spot is Westbourne.  Oats are my go to breakfast of choice, they have a version called “Goldilocks” which is oats, granola, a bit of greek yogurt, and a fresh blueberry compote.  I add scrambled egg, for a boost of protein (and their scrambled eggs perfect)

What are you doing at:

6:00 AM – I start work and have my first session at 6am 5 days a week.  I love my 6am clients because they tend to be very positive and hardworking!  I am a morning person, but working out early am is a struggle for me, so I definitely admire these few!

10:00 AM – Around this time is my first break of the day.  This is when I sit down for breakfast, usually in front of my computer to catch up on some coding homework (I’ve been taking my first coding class), or work on some health and fitness writing.

12:00 PM – Favorite Power Lunch spot/meal?

Time to workout!  I usually have a couple hours off at this time, so I make sure to get a good sweat on!  Then I go to Rubys, for a classic burger (nothing on it) on a gluten free bun with an iced americano.

7:00 PM –  I am either on to my last client, or teaching a yoga hybrid class at Soho Strength Lab.  I love this class because I am able to incorporate yoga, with movement education, as well as teaching people the details of how to progress into handstands and other bodyweight strength and stability, intelligently!

11:00 PM – Oh please let me be asleep by 11!

What drink do you need to get through the day and at the end (and how many)?

I do a version of a Bulletproof coffee… but I add Promix Nutrition Chocolate Collagen to my coffee, with a touch of coconut oil and ghee.  It is absolute perfection! Rich, but not overly sweet.

Most used App/Favorite Instagram Account?

I actually recently started to use the Peloton app to build my miles on running and it has made a huge difference in my progress!  I can’t say the bootcamps are really my thing… but the tread classes have been an absolute game changer!

What should everyone try at least once?

The thing that scares them most!

Oh and lime and salt water first thing in the morning.  I have 100% of my clients do this, and it is something that has changed my energy and my abs.  So first thing in the morning you juice 1 full lime, and use a large pinch of mineral salt in a glass of water.  The salt is fuel for your adrenals and helps lower your cortisol first thing in the morning, and the citrus is a great prebiotic for your gut and helps flush your liver.  I promise this is a life changer!

Where do you enjoy getting lost?

Australia!  I have always been drawn to this country!  I lived there for a couple years and keep returning. The beaches and cliffs are so stunning, the wildlife is still surprising, and the people just embody a different kind of joy!
