What Else To Know

Tell Us More:

What do you love most about Your City?

The quality of life in St. Louis, which compares with most any city minus the mountains and/or beaches, and at a fraction of the cost.  We are a 2-3 hour plane ride from ANTWHERE in America, which is what we do with all the money we save in the cost of living here.

Favorite breakfast meal & restaurant?

First Watch in Clayton.

What are you doing at:

6:00 AM – Most days I am riding with a group of 4-5 other cyclists/clients on a quick 20-mile bicycle ride around the Creve Coeur Lake area.  If snowing, I am at the gym.

10:00 AM – Doing client work, be it in meetings or developing/executing communications strategies and tactics.

12:00 PM – Favorite Power Lunch spot/meal?

Power lunches are a thing of the past, for the most part.  But when I want to impress a prospect or client, I like Oceano Bistro in Clayton or the Missouri Athletic Club downtown.

7:00 PM –  Catching up on media coverage of the day regarding clients, most of whom are involved in public issues.

11:00 PM – Watching the end of a movie with my wife.

What drink do you need to get through the day and at the end (and how many)?

Three cups of coffee in the day and a glass of wine at the end.

Most used App/Favorite Instagram Account?

Pandora.  I am also a musician playing keyboards and percussion in two local bands.

What should everyone try at least once?

Visiting Alaska.

Where do you enjoy getting lost?

Hiking in the Ozarks.
