I’m fabulous at listening, hearing and understanding people many different types of people. I can read a person and get to the heart of what they are feeling and needing very quickly. I’m great at connecting with people and making them feel taken care of. I’m also great at finding solutions and getting things done!
What makes me the best is the level of caring I bring to my work. I also strongly believe in following through and keeping my word to others and to myself. I love transformation of many types and continually seek to learn and grow and be better!
Personal: To do my best, get better at staying in and enjoying the present, to love and be loved deeply. To continue to grow and transform and just be as happy and fulfilled as I can!
Business: I want to build my coaching business to reach and impact as many people as I can and at different price point options. I look forward to forming new partnerships with other wellness professionals and creating new and exciting programs. I’d also love to speak in front of large groups of people and maybe write a book. I can’t leave out growing my income as well!
Progress not perfection.
Jane Fonda, Diane Von Furstenberg, Marianne Williamson. And I don’t want to leave out Stuart, the love of my life.
New York City, a beach, a studio in a gym where I can get a great workout, my apartment and almost anyplace in California.
My Vitamix, any make-up from Charlotte Tillbury, Tom Ford Jasmin Rouge perfume and dark chocolate with sea salt!
Exercise is one of my biggest passions and right now it’s Barry’s Bootcamp. I am also passionate about experiencing and trying new things regularly, exploring cities, being happy my adorable English bulldog Lulu.
How will you stay the best?
Great question! For me it’s about showing up as the best version of myself I can daily. Some days it comes easily and others it can be a struggle. I find as long as I do my best each day, it all comes together. Becoming the best also involves me having the courage to face fears and get comfortable with being uncomfortable sometimes. It’s also learning to accept and learn from my failures.
What fascinates you?
All the way back to childhood, I’ve been most fascinated with people and their personal stories. The good, the bad and the ugly! It’s incredible to look inside someone else’s world and hear and understand their personal journey. So yes, people fascinate me more than anything else!
