Gail Green is the founder and principal of Gail Green Interiors, incorporated in 1985.  Educated at Columbia University and trained at architecture offices, Green has been in the design field for the past thirty years.  Two specialty niches of her firm are  designing homes and commercial spaces for art collectors and creating personal libraries for the rare book collector.  With advanced degrees in rare books and literature, Green is a prolific writer on an array of subjects, including art, antiques, wine, and luxury goods.  In addition to lecturing on her design work, Gail participates in panel discussions on divorce design and small space science.  The firm’s expertise expands to being a featured designer in the prestigious Kips Bay Show House, and the Southampton , Greenwich, Southport, and numerous other show houses.  She has appeared several times on CNN Life Style with Elsa Klensch and on NBC’s Today Show.  Most recently, Green has appeared on NBC’s LXTV and in NYC taxi cabs.  She is a member of The Women’s Forum, the Yale Club of New York, the Municipal Art Society, the Art Deco Society, the Victorian Society, and the Institute for Classical Architecture and Art.
