I was born and raised in London and am currently owner of cruising seafood restaurant, London Shell Co. Former sommelier at Pollen Street Social, DJ & Actor. Having worked in London restaurants from the age of 18, Harry decided to build his own one with sibling Leah Lobek. They felt the restaurant market was over saturated and wanted to offer people a fantastic experience with excellent food. The Prince Regent travels from Paddington to Camden Town and back every evening offering a five course seafood menu. Plans are a foot for a second boat restaurant next year.
What do you love most about Your City?
Diversity. In London we are spoilt for choice. You can eat authentic cuisine from anywhere in the world. If it is not up to scratch it doesn’t last long.
Favorite breakfast meal & restaurant?
N’duja & peas on toast with a fried duck egg w/. a glass of Champagne. Although I can’t do it every day.
Hunan – Fantastc fixed menu Chinese restaurant with a killer wine list.
What are you doing at:
6:00 AM – Dreaming
10:00 AM – Opening the restaurant
12:00 PM – Favorite Power Lunch spot/meal?
I eat at work. Our fish comes in fresh every day, so it’s possible to eat incredibly fresh food and keep it light.
7:00 PM – Checking the guest list. Calling the remaining customers and getting ready to cast off.
11:00 PM – Closing down the restaurant. Finalising bills, looking at tomorrow and considering a night cap somewhere.

Ice’d Americano in the morning
Sparkling Water at the end of Service
A glass of something Red, Light & possibly natural to see to me off to sleep.
