Aussie journalist, Hollywood Foreign Press Association member, Golden Globe voter, consultant and moderator.
Jenny graduated from Star of the Sea in 1980 and got her B.A. in Journalism at RMIT. While writing for TV Week magazine, she was assigned the task of handling irrepressible comedian Phyllis Diller in town for the TV Week Logie Awards. The pair clicked, and six months later, Phyllis moved Jenny to Hollywood to be her executive assistant. After two years of travelling the country with Phyllis and meeting everyone from Lucille Ball to Bob Hope, Jenny returned to her first love, journalism, and became a member of the Hollywood Foreign Press Association, also becoming head of the TV committee for the group that hands out the Golden Globes and working on the seating team for the event every year. She’s been on the streets of New York with Woody Allen, watched Daniel Craig as James Bond on the Mexican set of Spectre, sung with Hugh Jackman, interviewed her screen idols Paul Newman and Robert Redford, and visited the set of iconic TV shows all over the globe, from; Lost in Hawaii, Downtown Abbey and The Crown in London and Outlander in Scotland. As well as talent consulting for Gday USA, Screen Australia and the L.A.-based non-profit Australians in Film, Jenny also hosts the popular podcast series Aussies in Hollywood, available on Podcast One Australia and iTunes, featuring her down-to-earth interviews with top Aussie stars including: Paul Hogan, Simon Baker, Nicole Kidman, Hugh Jackman, Toni Collette, Ben Mendelsohn and fellow Star of the Sea alumni Rachel Griffiths.

What drink do you need to get through the day and at the end (and how many)?
Early Grey tea and Starbucks Chai Latte, not a coffee drinker so a little caffeine goes a long way!
