What do you love most about Your City?
Year-round fresh fish, bathing suits, and golf.
Favorite breakfast meal & restaurant?
Everything Bagels with whitefish spread, cream cheese, tomato and lox; AND Taylor Ham, bacon, egg & cheese on a sub roll from Toasted Bagelry & Deli in Brickell.
What are you doing at:
6:00 AM – Packing snacks for my boys and getting them ready for school, and organizing my thoughts for the day.
10:00 AM – Checking in with breakfast and lunch staff, organizing daily projects, and scoping out the Dinner reservations for the evening.
12:00 PM – Favorite Power Lunch spot/meal?
Matsuri at Bird & Red – they have amazing lunch bento boxes with grilled nasu and chef’s selection of sashimi.
7:00 PM – Either finishing up Happy Hour service and getting ready for the dinner rush, or finishing up my boy’s bath time.
11:00 PM – STILL AWAKE…closing out the day in the kitchen and gathering my thoughts for the following day. I’m a thinker.
What drink do you need to get through the day and at the end (and how many)?
I recently got into making flavored cold brew coffee blends. I guess you can say I’m pretty cool. Only – a few cups throughout the day is highly enjoyable. However, my day begins with fresh orange juice sustained with spring water; and it ends with an IPA or glass of wine – one to enjoy, quality over quantity. 😊

ESPN app (GO NEW YORK GIANTS!), and social media is not really my thing.
What should everyone try at least once?
Food: Uni; Life: driving over 100 mph.
Where do you enjoy getting lost?
In the rough/forest on any golf course…because I can’t hit a damn ball straight!
