What do you love most about Your City?
The energy. NYC is alive in a way that no other city is and I’m continually drawn to that vibrant energy.
Favorite breakfast meal & restaurant?
I love Hole in the Wall in the Financial District. Their egg scramble dish is out of this world.
What are you doing at:
6:00 AM – Walking my dog! He’s the first priority each day. Then I’m probably checking emails and planning out my day.
10:00 AM – Meetings. Generally in client meetings via phone or in-person and trying to sort out the news of the day. There’s always something that comes up that necessitates a call.
12:00 PM – Favorite Power Lunch spot/meal?
I tend to prefer breakfast meetings to power lunches. However, when a power lunch is called for I love the NoMad. It’s central and the food is always impeccable.
7:00 PM – I’m often still working at 7pm but I’m going to events, having client dinners, or on Tuesday nights I’m teaching at NYU.
11:00 PM – Sleeping! I’m an early to bed, early to rise kind of person.
What drink do you need to get through the day and at the end (and how many)?
Water! I don’t drink any caffeine and barley drink alcohol. So, I just drink a lot of water.
Most used App/Favorite Instagram Account?
My favorite app is the Delta app. I feel like I’m constantly booking travel on the fly.
What should everyone try at least once?
Mussels, boiled on the beach, in Maine that you’ve harvested with your own hands. You must eat them as the sunsets on the beach in the summer.
Where do you enjoy getting lost?
I enjoy getting lost in NYC but also in any city where I don’t speak the language. My sense of direction is pretty good, so I can generally always find my way home, but I love the feeling of completely and utterly not knowing where I am.
