What do you love most about Your City?
The weather is a huge pull for me being a Brit. Waking up each day to the sunshine. I love the eclectic mix. I can be in the mountains or by the water or even in the desert all with an hour. The people are wonderful. I have had so much support from everyone since I moved here. Finally also the creativity I can be sitting anywhere and I can suddenly be talking to actors or musicians or artists or producers. Los Angeles to me is home.
Favorite breakfast meal & restaurant?
Avocado toast. I would eat it for breakfast, lunch and supper if I could. I love eating at the Chateau Marmont. Or if I fancy something less formal then Via Alloro. Downtown LA offers some cute little places in the creative district as well. It’s so hard to choose.
What are you doing at:
6:00 AM – Sleeping, I don’t wake before 7.30am because I go to bed so late
10:00 AM – Either driving into meetings in Hollywood or arriving at my meetings.
12:00 PM – Favorite Power Lunch spot/meal?
Montage and the garden outside in Beverly Hills. A place to meet people and catch up in a relaxed environment.
7:00 PM – Finishing my meetings or arriving home. Most evenings I also have an event so I take my clothes with me and change in one of the hotels or car parks ready to go.
11:00 PM – Watching a favorite show. Snuggling my Maltese and watching something like Scandal whilst confirming everything for the next day.
What drink do you need to get through the day and at the end (and how many)?
I used to have a chai tea latte everyday. But I stopped it for health reasons. Way too much sugar. So now it’s water and a cup of earl grey with oat milk. Or a green juice.
Most used App/Favorite Instagram Account?
I’m always on Instagram and Facebook. Linked in is also useful. But its all for work.
What should everyone try at least once?
Moving abroad, doing something that you have no idea how it’s going to work out. Saying yes to everything. I say yes to everything.
Where do you enjoy getting lost?
On my bike on the strand, a beach, Malibu, anywhere with the sun. A city that Ive never been to in Europe.
