What do you love most about Your City?
I have lived in and around New York City my entire life. The city has never failed nor disappointed me over so much time. I love it all.
Favorite breakfast meal & restaurant?
I am a creature of habit — Michael’s or Café Cluny in NYC. My favorite breakfast is two eggs over easy with home fries. As the years pass, home fries often turn into spinach.
What are you doing at:
6:00 AM – I am on my way to the city answering emails, texting my kids, sending crazy “reminder” emails to my assistant, looking at Instagram and reading news online.
10:00 AM – Meetings with clients or staff and preparing for the day and probably the evening.
12:00 PM – Favorite Power Lunch spot/meal?
Michael’s or Lambs Club for grilled chicken and salad….but it’s all about the company
7:00 PM – I am either heading home to a glass of wine and dinner with my husband and answering emails/returning calls…or on my way to dinner with a client or one of my kids in the city.
11:00 PM – Pretty much shutting it down.
What drink do you need to get through the day and at the end (and how many)?
The morning starts with two coffees, then water all day. At the end of most days I love a glass of wine or a vodka on the rocks when I’m out to dinner…never fails to shake off the edge of a day.
How many? Depends on the day.
Most used App/Favorite Instagram Account?
I use a lot of apps but my current go-to apps are Flipboard which give me a quick look at current articles across a lot of online media; and a new app called Happy Not Perfect that takes five minutes and helps you focus and breathe thoughtfully. My favorite IG account is Tunameltsmyheart…makes me laugh
What should everyone try at least once?
Ride a horse
Where do you enjoy getting lost?
I can get lost anywhere just give me the time to do it.
