His expertise ranges from working with CEOs from small, mid, large, and start-up to turnaround organizations.  He has established created/turned around organizations in Mexico, Middle East, Europe, and Asia to name a few. He maintains business connections in over 50 countries, including those with the wealthiest economies. Being a 7 time surgery champion, Stage 4 cancer survivor, wheel chair champion & loosing 220lbs taught me to understand that I am not unique, special, or possess any super powers.  I am a human who has learned to take things in stride because tomorrow may never come.  I have had the will to survive & not give up just like everyone else.  Fortunately, I have had plenty of experience in that.

My grandmother raised me in a beautiful country of Lebanon and she taught me that the world is about the animals & humans.  Go to school to support & do well to support your family and friends.

My philosophy is simple.  I am an operator & a survivor by heart who loves to create jobs to support humanity, the planet, Women Entrepreneurs.  So people can live a life of happiness before they leave this earth.

How did you get into the industry?:

What excites me about Blockchain can help eliminate human trafficking.  By giving paperless identification to millions of trafficking victims authorities can better identify them.

20 million people are being forced in sex slavery at $150 billion dollar industry.  20% are children.  79% are sex exploitation.  We need to save those women & children.

Emerging industry trends?:

I see a trend of more people caring to do what’s right & support women & do good in this world.  It’s not just about making profit.  That really is extremely exciting the shift from masculine to a mixture of masculinity & femininity.

Industry opportunities and challenges?:

Without people problems you have no problems.  The opportunities & challenges are how to do good, stay focused & make money and work together to build something scalable.  I feel we are close on finding things to help eliminate cancer.  I am excited about that.

Inspiration for the business idea, and your vision for the Business?:

As a cancer survivor I am looking at all technologies & businesses that can eliminate this awful disease.  It’s going to take a concentrated effort & we need to band together to share knowledge.  But the future is bright.

What's next for the Business in the near future?:

A cancer center that will be tokenized & spread across the USA is exciting and I see it as a game changer.  A lot of work still needs to be done.

Your key initiatives for the success of the Business? Greatest Accomplishment?:

You have to have self awareness, be selfless, care and look at the initiative like a blank canvas.

Your most difficult moment at the Business? (and what did you learn?):

I worked with a narcissistic brilliant leader.  He was a piece of garbage as human being.   I compromised my ethics, integrity and what I stand for helping him.  I will die with this blemish.  It has tarnished me forever.

Ideal experience for a customer/client?:

An experience of care, thoughtfulness and putting their business and needs first.  We are servants to our customers.

How do you motivate others?:

I infuse energy in others by helping get the best out of them & showing them the best version of themselves.  I support them 100%.

Career advice to those in your industry?:

Stay positive & never ever give up.  Ask for help & listen.  The answer is in front of you.

I am able to look at a business like a clear canvas and not make any judgements & create a profitable & sustainable business or turn around a failing business by putting the correct pieces together, yet not sacrificing staff happiness.

When I die to be remembered as someone who cared.

Biggest Success?:

Helping a few people loose weight & not commit suicide & who are living happily.

Most Challenging Moment?:

Two friends that committed suicide.  I could have saved them.  I just didn’t do enough.  That is something I will have to take with me to my grave.

The impossible is possible.  Business is about being the best you can be.
