What do you love most about Your City?

The vibrant energy that you feel the second you walk out on the street, the people, the diversity. I also love walking down a street you’ve walked down 100 times and noticing something different.

Favorite breakfast meal & restaurant?

Avocado toast. I don’t typically go to breakfast but my favorite restaurant is ABC kitchen.

What are you doing at:

6:00 AM – Breast feeding, meditating and putting on a show for my son so I can do both of those things.

10:00 AM – Having my 3rd breakfast of avocado toast (first I have celery juice then fruit or a smoothie) – if you follow me you know the deal! This fuels me to then film one of my at home workouts.

12:00 PM – Favorite Lunch spot/meal?

Having lunch in my kitchen. Recently loving this one on repeat: brown rice spaghetti with Rao’s marinara sauce, sea salt, nutritional yeast with a small salad or add a vegetable (today it’s shiitake mushrooms –yummmm). This is my breast feeding obsession. If I’m going out for lunch I love the new Natura Café in the dream downtown – their avocado toast is insane.

7:00 PM –  Getting Benjamin ready for bed. Now usually with Elanor attached to my breast.

11:00 PM – I better be sleeping or I’m in trouble!

What drink do you need to get through the day and at the end (and how many)?

Either a cappuccino or almond/oat milk matcha. No more than two of these unless I’m in Vegas – hahah. And sometimes a black or green iced tea but that’s mostly in the summer.

Celery juice in the morning on an empty stomach.
