During his first year in the business, Nicholas was named Brown Harris Stevens Rookie of the Year. In 2012, Nicholas won the prestigious “1st Place Deal of the Year Award” by The Real Estate Board of New York for closing the industry’s most challenging deal in New York City. Nicholas was selected by Hall Willkie and the Co-Chairmen of Terra Holdings to serve as Executive Vice President, Managing Director of Sales overseeing fifty seasoned agents in Brown Harris Steven’s thriving Park Slope Brooklyn office. I am highly adept at meeting new people wherever I go and making strong, lasting connections. I’m naturally curious and people fascinate me.

What makes you the best version of yourself?:

I truly love working in real estate and was raised by a real estate agent. I believe what sets me apart from my competition is that I always put my clients’ interest first in order to create lifelong relationships.

What are your aspirations? (Personal and Business):

Personal: I always want to be in a position to give back to my current charities, such as Best Buddies New York, Guitar Mash, and the National Down Syndrome Society.

Business: I want to be the #1 Real Estate broker in New York City.

Biggest Success?:

In 2012, I was awarded 1st Place Deal of the Year by the Real Estate Board of New York. In 2013, I became the youngest Executive Vice President, Director of Sales in the firm’s history.

Most Challenging Moment?:

The first time I was filmed on Bravo’s Million Dollar Listing New York. I have zero acting experience and was incredibly nervous reacting to the lights, cameras, and microphones.

While I look up to many public figures in the arts and business worlds, such as John Mayer, Jay Z, Alicia Keys, Elon Musk, Warren Buffet, Jack Welch, Jessica Alba, Beyonce, Derek Jeter, Shaun White, Kevin Spacey, and Edward Norton, I truly believe you are a product of who you surround yourself with. For that reason, my favorite people are my family, friends, and colleagues.

I cannot imagine life without an iPhone and a guitar!
