General Manager, Suvretta House, St. Moritz
After having worked for 10 years in England running Whatley Manor Hotel and Spa my wife Esther and I were appointed as joint General Managers at Suvretta House in St. Moritz www.suvrettahouse.ch We moved back to our homeland Switzerland in 2014 with our family to start a new chapter in our life. It is a wonderful challenge to lead this heritage Grand Hotel into the future. Esther and I respect the spirit of Suvretta House which opened its doors in 1912. It was built by Swiss hotel pioneer Anton Bon and has remained in the Candrian-Bon family to this day. It is exciting for us to continue to keep the traditions alive and to create new and innovative experiences for our guests. It’s a very special place at a very special location. To welcome guests coming in their fourth generation and calling it their home from home gives me goosebumps every time I hear a guest saying it.
To make our guests and my family happy.
That it is wonderful to offer our guests the most wonderful views into the magnificent valley of the upper Engadine.
To smile even if the situation is tough and challenging.
To deliver the service of excellence with our team from early morning to late at night.
You can achieve it if you really want it.
