I believe that in the concierge profession, the ability to take in and process the information a guest is giving you, instinctively feel what is appropriate for any given guest and put that knowledge into the recommendations you are giving, makes for the best possible experience.
This year I was voted Chief Concierge of the Year and won the Silver Plume Award by the New York City Association of Hotel Concierges. I am also a member of Les Clefs d’Or, the international organization of concierges and the most prestigious honor one can receive in this career. Sensitivity to a guest’s needs, knowledge of the various venues available and a sense of service are key ingredients.
Personal: To continue my various musical projects and see them come to fruition. To always have a creative project.
