A Day in My Life:
What do you love most about Your City?
I love the location as it is very close to Rutland Water, which is ideal for running on my days off.
Favorite breakfast meal & restaurant?
Breakfast is very quick for me; I normally have an espresso and a croissant or some biscuits. However, I enjoy having a good meal for lunch or dinner. My favorite restaurant so far is Joel Robuchon in London

12:00 PM – Favorite Lunch spot/meal?
Our Staff canteen. It’s lovely to mingle with the team in an informal way. It recharges your mind.
7:00 PM – Making sure that all guests are happy so far and checking that the restaurant is ready for
11:00 PM – At home catching up on both the Italian and British news and then heading to bed to read a nice book.
What drink do you need to get through the day and at the end (and how many)?
I am Italian, so I enjoy drinking lots of coffee! My favorite is Espresso but in the last few years I have started drinking most types of coffee.
