What do you love most about Your City?

I love that my city is beautiful and always sunny. It’s so diverse with people from other cultures that you can meet on a daily basis. It opens you up in a great way to build diverse relationships with others.

Favorite breakfast meal & restaurant?

My favorite breakfast is turkey sausage, egg white omelet and breakfast potatoes from Another Broken Egg.

What are you doing at:

6:00 AM – Meditating and writing in my journal my intuitive thoughts, my daily intentions and saying my affirmations out loud, dictating how my day will go.

10:00 AM – Staring my workday, checking emails, reviewing work schedule. My day usually consists of writing a lot of content for upcoming projects.

12:00 PM – Favorite Power Lunch spot/meal?

Grilled Chicken Breast and warm spinach salad from Kres Chophouse

7:00 PM – Winding down from work, checking over my to-do list. Sometimes I’m fishing up taping for courses. After this I’m on my way to dinner with my husband.

11:00 PM – Drinking hot water and lemon. Writing in my Success Journal what I am grateful for. Documenting my wins for the day and scripting out how I want my tomorrow to play out. Then, I turn on an inspirational podcast and take a shower. Right now I’m listening to health podcasts, mainly about essential oils. I then fall asleep visualizing my future goals in my mind.

What drink do you need to get through the day and at the end (and how many)?

Hot water and lemon 2-3 times a way.

I also like to drink organic cold tea as well.

Most used App/Favorite Instagram Account?

Instagram is my most used app. My favorite accounts are Gary Vee and  DJ Khaled. Because they provide so much inspiration throughout the day.

What should everyone try at least once?

Sky Diving. (at least the simulated, if you can’t do the real thing). The feeling of being weightless while falling from the sky is exhilarating.

Where do you enjoy getting lost?

On a walk through beautiful gardens.  Or sightseeing while traveling.
