President of X FactorMedia, Thomas F. La Vecchia, MBA has sold over $100 million and began X Factor Media to give business owners access to the best sales/digital marketing talent. In 2012 he developed a 4-Step sales process called “The X Factor Selling System,” which became an Amazon best-selling title. Shortly after La Vecchia’s successful selling system rose in popularity, X Factor Digital Marketing began; offering the best online marketing and sales training talent to its clients. X Factor Digital Marketing specializes in attracting, converting and retaining customers. He recently took his Digital Marketing and Sales Skills to launch which is a platform for forward thinkers,as he’s recently launched a podcast.  He hd some great guests on such as Perez Hilton, Dr Miami, Nathan Latka and even a mob boss who was making $5 million a week who later turned a Christian Speaker (Michael Franzese) as well as Jeremy Slate.

What do you do best?:

I am one of the best at influencing people at getting what I want. It may have been more of a survival instinct in order to succeed, but I needed to influence others to get ahead. That is why I started out in sales.

What makes you the best version of yourself?:

By truly living life on my terms and not controlled by others. This will allow me to feel, think and be free in order to do extraordinary things.

What are your aspirations? (Personal and Business):

I launched New Theory, a forward thinking website meant to provide quality content for all generations.   My goal is to make it a household name in 5 years. I believe there is an appetite for content that is honest= yet interesting and we want to earn our ways into your home.

Biggest Success?:

My biggest success is the birth of my two children Felicia and Giuseppe. My biggest professional success has been keeping my start-up afloat for 5 years without folding. It almost happened a few times, but we’re now laying the foundation for a break-out in the future.

Most Challenging Moment?:

When my mother died as I didn’t get to say a proper goodbye to her.  I miss her everyday and wish I spent more time with her while she was here.

Favorite People/Role Models?:

I didn’t have a father growing up.  As a kid my brother in law Vincent was highly influential as was my other brother-in-law Al.  They still are influential to this day.  Professionally I had some great mentorship early on with Mark Policelli and John Faliveno.  They both taught me to work hard, work smart and temper my emotions.

Favorite Places/Destinations?:

I love Italy.  But while I’m not there I actually like spending time in Little Italy in NYC. I know its not the same, but still has some old school charm and I like the vibe whenever I go.

Favorite Products/Objects?:

I love my iPhone.  It took me 10 years to convert from Droid, but I finally made the plunge.

Current Passions?:

I am trying to make something special with New Theory as we want to be the go to platform for forward thinkers.  It’s a new day and hence we want to help shape the new theory.
