What do you love most about Your City?
Miami is a “Magic City”, it boasts a unique and exciting mix of hip urban culture, laid-back seaside vibes, and Latin and US traditions.
Favorite breakfast meal & restaurant?
My favorite breakfast treat is the Guava Filled French Toast at Ice Box café. It’s a dessert and a meal in one and I have an insatiable sweet tooth.
What are you doing at:
6:00 AM – Deep in REM sleep
10:00 AM – Sipping coffee and returning emails while my yorkie, Neo, sleeps on top of the keyboard making typing a challenge.
12:00 PM – Favorite Power Lunch spot/meal?
I enjoy eating with my staff, it creates bonding time and we all share stories and laugh over lunch.
7:00 PM – I would be just finishing the gym and would be headed home to take a warm soothing Epsom salt bath.
11:00 PM – Back in bed with a book until my eyes can no longer stay open.
What drink do you need to get through the day and at the end (and how many)?
I crave a chai latte everyday like clockwork at 3…this means a Starbucks run
Most used App/Favorite Instagram Account?
My most used app is Instagram. I find inspiring images as well as products as well as cute animal videos and pictures on @thedodo that my husband and I share….I keep sending him cute pics of puppies hoping he gets the hint that I want another one!
What should everyone try at least once?
Everyone needs to try to slow down at least once a year. Disconnect from your phones and media and ground yourself. My family goes to Maine every year where we stay in a cabin. Light fires, cook s’mores, play cornhole, (which I get batter at after my 3rd beer), and be present with your loved ones.
Where do you enjoy getting lost?
I got lost once exploring the streets of Rome, at first, I panicked then I decide to make it more like an exploration and I came across many interesting cafes, shops, and architectural masterpieces. Getting lost can be a wonderful thing.
