A Day in My Life:
What do you love most about Your City?
The mix of country and urban vibe.
Favorite breakfast meal & restaurant?
I love a big mug of Bone Broth Egg Drop Soup with loads of spinach.
What are you doing at:
6:00 AM –sleeping in or exercising
10:00 AM –working
12:00 PM – Favorite Lunch spot/meal?
Soup or some protein and veg. If I’m in NYC lunch is always from Springbone
7:00 PM – either working or home cuddling w my husband and son
11:00 PM – Sleeping! It is so important to get enough sleep every night. Lack of sleep wreaks havoc on your hormones and leaves you depleted.
What drink do you need to get through the day and at the end (and how many)?
I love to start the day with a cup of organic coffee with grassfed ghee and collagen peptides but the rest of the day is mostly water, some sparkling, some still and I like to have a kombucha spritzer- a combo of 1 part booch to 2 parts seltzer.

I am obsessed with Instagram! I find myself scrolling many times during the day. I love to follow inspirational accounts like @abrahamhickspublications and my friends and family. <3
Where do you enjoy getting lost?
Anywhere in the world with my two favorite boys- my hubby and my sweet baby Jaymes.
