Avidan Edelsberg, a Boston and Israel native, initially received his BA from Boston University in hospitality and later went on to gain his Master’s degree in business from New York’s University’s Tandem school of engineering, formerly known as the Polytechnic Institute of NYU. While consumed in his education, Edelsberg never shied away from his true passion of fitness spending much of his early 20s studying boxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu working with some of the world’s best strength and conditioning coaches. Edelsberg went on to pursue a career in real estate employed at one of Israel’s largest real estate investment companies as the lead acquisition associate. While working for this company, Edelsberg decided to take matters into his own hands to develop his own portfolio of real estate and investing in technology startup companies. Although Miami
was his second home for nearly ten years, Edelsberg became a full time Miami resident three years ago continuing his career in real estate which led him to emerge as one of Miami’s top commercial real estate agents bringing him to a staggering $80 million in sales in 2015.

Currently, Edelsberg is expanding his business portfolio to include an innovative fitness concept – Fitbox Method. His main goal was to create a unique fitness experience and lifestyle workout making non-contact boxing fun and accessible to everyone. After spending a year researching and consulting with various fitness industry experts Edelsberg found that although non-contact boxing provides a great workout, it can also result in a loss of muscle mass due to excessive calorie burn. This conclusive research is what led him to create a Fitbox, his original method that combines circuit training through cardio
boxing & resistance training with high intensity interval training.

What do you love most about Your City?

I love Miamis open spaces and colors. Its the only place in the United States that you can wake up to a tropical view filled with baby blue water and green Islands.

Favorite breakfast meal & restaurant?

Currently, my favorite breakfast would be avocado toast egg Benedict. There is a small cafe called Cantina LA 20 at Brickell Icon that serves a pretty good one.

6:00 AM Wake up

Chicken Toasted Wrap at PuraVida.Miami Cafe

Black coffee sometimes with MCT oil. Trying to switch things over to Green Tea
