What do you do best?:

I am not sure I do anything best compared to everybody else but I do many things the best that I can conditional on my skills and talent. This applies to whatever I decide to pursue as long as it has nothing to do with art. I am completely incompetent when it comes to activities such as painting or singing.

What makes you the best version of yourself?:

Relentless persistence. I won’t give up. It might take a 100 years but I will win.

What are your aspirations? (Personal and Business):

Contributing to a more inclusive and sustainable society. This is what my research and most of my work is about. Why business can and should play a role in this. And then how.

Biggest Success?:

It has not come yet. Ask me again in ten years. I can tell you right now though it will be big.

Most Challenging Moment?:

So far when I moved from London to Boston. It was really difficult for a couple of years. I was so far away from all the people that mattered to me. Plus doctoral studies at Harvard were hard. I was just sitting there with all these super smart people and I was wondering who made the admissions mistake and I ended up here.

Motto?:

“Earned not given.”

Favorite People/Role Models?:

My parents, my sister and my really close friends. I would not change them for anyone or anything. I am fortunate to have them in my life.

Favorite Places/Destinations?:

Miami, London, New York, Hong Kong, Cape Town, Barcelona. Of course Boston, where I live now, and Athens where I grew up.

Favorite Products/Objects?:

All products are expendable. How can I have a favorite? You can have favorite people not favorite products.

Current Passions?:

I am always working out at the gym. Working out is a huge passion of mine. Healthy mind in a healthy body as my ancient ancestors used to say. Research and discovery of new ideas in my field of research is another huge passion. I know I am a nerd. Also, meeting new people especially from different cultures and learning from them is another passion of mine.
