How did you get into the industry?:

I was one of those kids who just always knew that I wanted to go into marketing. I would watch the tv commercials more so than the shows, look at the print ads more than the magazine articles, and I would study packaging like it was compelling novel. I was hooked on marketing, any kind of marketing, from the start.

Brands are taking a stand and putting their equity behind socio-political-economic issues in a way never seen before that is leading community change and connecting more deeply with audiences.

Finding talent…that’s always been THE challenge in any aspect of marketing.

Any business idea should be aimed at all of us being the best we can be!

What's next for the Business in the near future?:

I believe in constant evolution. If you’re not changing then you are falling behind and you’re eventually going to become irrelevant. That’s true of businesses, brands, and people.

Constant creativity and keeping on the technology curve.
