How do I desire to feel in this moment? I ask myself this questions 50-100 times daily.
Creation. Whether it is video content that will inspire, a blog that will teach, a Podcast that will wake people up or music that creates emotion. Creation makes my soul become tangible and palpable.
To always bring the light even if it hurts some feelings.
Be a single-tasker. Multitasking isn’t chic or sexy and will drive you insane and make everything you do half-assed.
A Day in My Life:
What do you love most about Your City?
I now live in Windham, New Hampshire. Living in Boston most of my life though and now New Hampshire is extremely polarizing. From being able to eat anywhere in the city 24/7 to experiencing no cars on the roads by 9:30 at night is odd to say the least but simplicity and serenity are aspirations I have craved my entire life and it was always elusive so just that is something to covet.
Favorite breakfast meal & restaurant?
I never eat breakfast since I practice intermittent and prolonged fasting but if I were to eat breakfast (which happens only a handful of times per year) I would want 3 slices of uncured bacon baked in the oven with Everything Bagel Seasoning on top of it with 2 organic eggs fried in Kerrygold butter with pink salt and pepper, over medium of course and ½ of an avocado with lemon juice and red pepper flakes with black coffee.
What are you doing at:
6:00 AM – Meditating, journaling, French pressing coffee and getting ready for yoga.
10:00 AM – Finishing up fasted cardio while listening to a book on Audible or a Podcast then showering and getting ready to take on the day.
12:00 PM – Favorite Lunch spot/meal?
On the days I eat lunch I really love some fresh sashimi with an avocado salad topped with M.C.T. oil. Usually though I cook for myself so a normal lunch to me is 6 oz of grass fed beef with 1 cup of fermented Kimchi or sauerkraut, maybe a few cups of greens like Brussels sprouts or asparagus. I am so plain but it works for me. Less to think about so I can focus on the big stuff. If I had to choose a lunch spot that makes my tummy happy I would say the Capital Grille. I would get a 6 oz. filet mignon with a wedge salad.
7:00 PM – Usually I am teaching at my wellness center KBMFC or doing a call or video chat with a client from overseas.
11:00 PM – I have been in bed for at least an hour so hopefully at this time I am off in dreamland somewhere in astral projection. Now, in the odd night where I cannot sleep I will work on edits for my book coming out in January of 2020 entitled “Ambitchious”, a women’s guide on using the very stones throw at her to build her ultimate empire.
What drink do you need to get through the day and at the end (and how many)?
I love black coffee and tea but my favorite thing right now is Kevita Fermented Coconut water but only the lemon cayenne one.
Most used App/Favorite Instagram Account?
My most used app is my Podcast app or my Audible Book app. My favorite Instagram account right now is @fuckjerry. It makes me laugh every time. I also love @fatjewish.
What should everyone try at least once?
Sound Healing. I play the Crystal Tone Bowls and sing every month on the full moon at Katie Boyd’s Miss Fit Club and people have profound spiritual awakenings and life breakthroughs during these concerts.
Where do you enjoy getting lost?
I love to get lost in my meditations, cooking, in the woods, in conversations with woke people and in a good book.
