By accident. I started training my boss Harlan Goodman in the early 90s before we both went to work in the morning. He introduced me to Tom Petty a year later. The rest is history.
The “Industry” is typically all over the map. Most often it’s behind by a year or two. Collegiate and professional athletes and their trainers set the standard for state of the art training. I’m focusing much more on speed, balance and flexibility, and less on cardiovascular training and spot training body parts.
A few years earlier I developed a program called Power90. P90X was the harder, more extreme, advanced version of Power90.

Daily workout regime:
I don’t have the same daily workout regime. No two workouts look exactly the same. The pace, reps, sets, intensity, weights, resistance, range of motion, sequences, etc., change every day.
