As his football career began to wind down, Tommaso shifted his focus and energy into founding an innovative digital marketing company called Today’s Business, where he currently serves as the CEO and Managing Partner. With the help of Tom’s leadership skills and drive for success, Today’s Business is quickly becoming a leader in the ever-changing digital world. Three years since its inception, Today’s Business serves over 70 clients in nearly every business sector, and continues expand its reach.

What do you do best?:

I would say the best thing I do is a lead. A mentor of mine always told me, “Leaders do not create followers, true leaders create other leaders.” I feel that my biggest asset is motivation and I am dedicated to developing and lead my team!

What makes you the best version of yourself?:

This is an interesting question. In my professional opinion, I say that what makes us the best at what we do is our approach to customer service. Building and maintaining relationships with our clients is solely my number one goal.

What are your aspirations? (Personal and Business):


My aspirations personally would be to leave a legacy. My legacy will be defined by my actions to lead my team, my company, and my family. I want to be remembered by everyone that I did whatever I had to do in order to get to where I want to be and guided everyone along the way


This might sound a little cliché but I want to BUILD AN EMPIRE!
